Lab Pasteurized Count (LPC)

  • A total count of bacteria that are resistant to high temperatures.

  • These bacteria survive pasteurization and reduce the shelf-life of milk.

  • 4 ounces minimum sample size recommended.

  • Sample retention time - 60 hours.
