We are an FDA-certified NCIMS listed laboratory certified for total plate count, coliform, somatic cell count, and antibiotic testing. We have over 25 years of experience in the dietary supplement and food industry. We have experience in FDA, ISO17025, and USDA FSIS certified laboratories.​

Our Team
Kathleen Thorsted - Head Microbiologist & Food Analytical Owner
Kathleen has a B.S Microbiology degree and over 25 years in the food microbiology, dietary supplement, and industrial hygiene industries. She is an FDA-certified analyst and LEO for the state of Utah. Kathleen has experience in an FDA, ISO17025, and USDA FSIS certified laboratory. She has comprehensive knowledge of food microbiology including, but not limited to dairy, dietary supplements, meats, environmental samples, Salmonella, Listeria, and E.coli.

In her free time, Kathleen likes to spend time with her two daughters outdoors biking, hiking, running, and skiing.
